Welcome to Childcare Network in Benton, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Jessica Kelloms, and I am the school Director. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey. Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding and demanding a parent's role can sometimes be, especially as a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members provide a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment. 7/29/2026After the last review, I wanted to provide some clarification on this matter. As a parent of this center that was picking up my child when this incident was occurring, I want to provide what actually took place. I was standing in the front when I heard the grandparent trying to confront someone else's child and the director stepped in to tell the grandparent that they are not going to yell at the other child that did not belong to him. The man stated that he wasn't leaving until the situation was handled, the director removed the child from the room to talk to them. When they returned the man became upset and wanted to talk to the other child's parents and was told that he couldn't, he waited in the parking lot for the other parent to pick up their child. The police were called because the other parent was fearful to walk out of the building due to the fact that the man was waiting outside.

4/13/2026I have been to several Childcare Networks and this one is by far the best! They work with you to figure out what is best. They also make it their mission to get to know every child individually and care for each one to fit their needs. My daughters love coming here and are heartbroken when they have to miss. I was worried at first with my youngest but Kelsey and all the teachers made the transition painless and constantly reassure me no matter how many times I call to check in on my littles. I have had all 5 of my daughters there and they all beg to go (even my teenager who has aged out).

Ms. Kelsey has graciously helped when sometimes we have extra difficult mornings and then follows up with a report of reassurance at pick-up that the day went well. Daycare change is really hard on the entire family and she has been great to help us all navigate these big emotions.
