Welcome to Childcare Network in Destin, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Christie Thompson, and I am the school Director. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey.
Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding and demanding a parent's role can sometimes be, especially as a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members provide a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment.

We believe in maintaining open and ongoing communication with parents. We provide regular updates via CN Moments, including photos, details of your child’s day, and important announcements. We also offer parent-teacher conferences and are always available for in-person or phone conversations.
Our HighReach Learning Curriculum incorporates a variety of activities designed to support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development. From creative arts and crafts to outdoor play, music, and early literacy programs, each day is filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage hands-on learning through play.
Yes! We provide free nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, prepared following USDA guidelines. Our menu caters to children’s dietary needs and preferences, ensuring they receive healthy and balanced meals while in our care.
Yes, Childcare Network Destin Benning Drive is fully licensed and adheres to all state and local regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our care. Most of our locations may also hold additional quality ratings and accreditations demonstrating our commitment to high standards in early childhood education.
We take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Parents can inform us of any specific needs during enrollment, and we will ensure your child’s meals are prepared safely. We also maintain a nut-free policy and are vigilant about avoiding cross-contamination in our kitchen.

5/21/2022I just want to thank all the teachers a s staff at Childcare Network in Destin.They have done such an outstanding job with our babies. First, we do miss Ms.Molly! However. Mrs.Jillian has stepped up and done such an amazing job and is always on top of everything! My son was miserable at his other school before we moved here. Each and every teacher has helped him out out of his little shell and helped him grow. He has learned so much! His teachers, a HUGE thanks to Ms.Belinda and Ms.Sabrina. He adores you both! He tells me what he has learned on our way home. Ms.Elizabeth, Ms.Ann, Ms.Angie he speaks of how nice you are to him and tells me stories. I have a bad memory, so for any teacher I have missed I apologize. Thank you so much to the whole school for making us feel like a family there and being so GREAT!!!

6/4/2020Our daughter was here for a short time while we waited on a childcare spot on the military base. Christa and D in the front office were very friendly and professional. Due to COVID we were unable to see the facility or meet the teacher. It seemed fun for the kids and a safe environment.

5/21/2020We can not recommend this place enough! We decided if we were going to be quarantined we were going to be quarantined for a few weeks at the beach. We have a 1 year old and while we are able to both work remotely, handling a 1 year old while working is next to impossible. 3/9/2016We researched every childcare center in our area before signing our little one up at Childcare Network in Destin. We absolutely love it! I feel like the building is very organized & set up more like a school than most daycare's which I liked. We actually live about 30 minutes away from the center & we drive out of the way to take him there as opposed to the schools closest to us. The teachers there are fabulous & I truly feel like they care about my little one. He loves them & tells me all the time that his teachers are his "best friends". I couldn't say enough positive things about this school!

Our daughter attend VPK and she loves it, We also put in our 4 yr old son once and he really enjoyed it. He cannot wait to go back there. Everyone is kind, compassionate and caring and has the charisma to make my daughter want to return day after day. Ms. Micah and Ms. Kristen are wonderful teachers that go above and beyond to provide the best care for our daughter and teaching her the vital cognitive and social building blocks of toddlerhood. Ms. Theresa and Ms. Amy are excellent directors that keep parents well informed and notify us of any changes right away. Overall, fantastic childcare facility with excellent teachers, directors, and staff!

Also the staff is very nice always willing to help and every time I drop off or pick up my daughter they are always smiling and greeting me. Not once have I had my daughter come home and complain about anyone at the childcare.

5/15/2015My 3 year old has been attending this location for almost 6 weeks now. His teacher and other staff have been exceptional at helping him with the transition of a new school. What I love most is that the kids are not sitting in front of a tv all day, they are really learning. We have noticed that Colt is learning things that he enjoys and even asks to go on Saturdays. I would suggest this place to anyone that is wanting a learning environment for their child.

8/1/2014My son has been at Childcare Network since we moved back home when he was 2. He is now 9 and I cannot thank them enough for taking care and loving my son while I am at work. The staff always keeps me informed and I feel comfortable when I leave out the door that my son will be taken care of just as good as if he was with me. I have also had the pleasure to go on a few filed trips with the kids and teachers and tell everyone I know how pleased I am with their safety procedures to ensure all kids are always accounted for and being monitored. We have all read about children being left in hot cars either by accident or just for parents to run in stores, but do you know that when the arrive to the destination they not only do the "kid count" they have 2 people check the busses to ensure no child was left or snuck back in??!! That is just one example of how they continue to amaze me!!
