Welcome to Childcare Network in Chatsworth, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Rachal Penland, and I am the school Director. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey.
Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding and demanding a parent's role can sometimes be, especially as a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members provide a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment.

8/5/2026I honestly couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my daughter. Everyone is always so friendly and in a good mood, and they make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. It really feels like they care about the kids and the families. I also love how safe everything is. Having a passcode to get into the building gives me peace of mind, and I really appreciate getting updates and pictures throughout the day on the app. It makes being at work so much easier when I can see what she’s doing and know she’s having a good day. I trust the staff completely, and knowing my daughter is safe, happy, and loved while she’s there means everything to me. 2/25/2025My son started going there in 2023 in a early head start program. His teachers Audy and Kate always was fantastic. I never had a single issue. Any time there was any questions they was very prompt about getting back with me. The BEST thing was getting daily pictures ☺️ Kate helped potty train my son and he was out of diapers on just a few weeks. She told me hey we are potty training this week and he had it after that. Shortly after I put my daughter who at the time was in kindergarten into after care there. And SHE LOVED IT. They would both still being aftercare this year but God has allowed me to have a amazing work from home job where I am able to set my own schedule and pick them up from school.

2/19/2025My son attended Childcare Network on and off from 3 years. (The off was when my schedule changed and I was able to pick him up myself). During Kindergarten I found myself a single mom and needed to work hours outside of regular school hours. I reached out to CCN and got a tour. I was nervous as any mom would be but had a good feeling to give the place a try and they did NOT disappoint. They picked my boy up from school daily even on 1/2 or crazy weather days where I did not have to leave work. I was able to be a good mom because he loved the environment and a good employee at the same time by working the hours expected of me. Would 10000% recommend CCN Chatsworth for your childcare needs.

The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a layout that encourages both learning and play. 2/18/2025I leave a 5 star only because Kate that works in the front has been so kind for years now. She knows the kids by name. And checks on them when they are out sick. Holly in the 3s has been a life saver for my kiddo who is a slow learner. She's been 100 percent with helping her to get on track. Some of the other teachers have been awesome as well over the years..Bri, Shasta, Kathy, Nicole, Brittany, Bernice, and Kirsten always knows what's going on with my kiddos!!! Cheyenne has been so patient and kind. And there are others who have been good with my girls and our family dynamic

2/18/2025I have been using Childcare Network for about 8 years. When I first started sending my children my child was 2. He continued going and went through pre-K at Childcare Network. Then he went on to elementary school and he still continues to ask to go to the daycare and he is now 10. He has always loved it there and so has my other children. I constantly get photos and updates throughout the day of my children that are currently going there now. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of my children. We love them dearly and it’ll be sad when that day comes where I don’t have to use them anymore. They have truly became a part of our family.
