Welcome to Childcare Network in Conyers, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Cynthia Jeffries, and I am the school Director. I have been in the education field for the past 32 years. Throughout my years, I held various roles as a teacher in Broward County, Vance County, Durham Public Schools, and Atlanta Public Schools. I also served as a Lead Georgia Pre-K Teacher and Assistant Director before becoming the school Director. My professional and successful past experience has equipped me with the essential tools and skills to contribute to my position at Childcare Network. My duties and love for children will never end. As an educator, I see children as treasured resources of the school and the community—each child brings a unique quality. My duty as an educator is to encourage and promote the positive, self-fulfilling prophecy of success. I have a deep desire to love, nurture, and inspire children from the moment they enter my domain. I am determined to build a solid foundation for students to achieve their best. Whether it be happy students or happy staff, I look forward to seeing a slew of smiles walk through the front door every morning, hearts filled with the desire to be here, be successful, and have pride in their accomplishments.

8/5/2025Hello, I chose CNI241 and Cynthia during a very hard transition phase in my life. In addition to enduring a very close loss in my family due to covid, my little one had just been asked to leave a former daycare (which I never knew could happen) for not being a "good fit". Needless to say, I was nervous and very pessimistic walking into the tour. I was warmly welcomed and greeted by Cynthia. She immediately exemplified strong leadership, but was also very caring and considerate. She listened to all of my reservations with intent. Meeting the infant room teachers felt familiar also. I discussed my past experience with Cynthia and she assured me that her team/teachers were equipped to handle my baby. The assurance and honesty was exactly what I needed. She was and has always been extremely professional and at the same time very understanding and relatable. I needed that! My little one was NOT an easy baby. She gave them quite a time still, but they handled it with ease even when I'm sure it was very difficult. They allowed me (and many other mothers/families) the ability to drop off our kids knowing that without a doubt they would be safe and cared for. That was crucial for me to be able to focus on work again. Especially me being in a season of grief. I deeply needed the peace of knowing that my baby would be ok. Some days when I came for pick up, Cynthia would be in the room calming her. As the Director, I know this was not her responsibility, but she was/is always willing to step in and oversee when needed. Zara thrived tremendously. Eventually that little fussy infant grew into independent toddler. And toddler into this bright little girl I have now. Through each transition into a new room, Cynthia would be there to reassure me that she would adjust and be fine. And she always was! We are now at the end of our journey after almost 4 years. I am so sad to be leaving, but thankful for Cynthia's dedication to the school and all the children. She is exactly what I needed. Someone I could truly trust during a time in my life with so much uncertainty. She had no idea what I was going through when I walked through those doors personally, but I am forever grateful for her years of pouring into my daughter. All of these reasons are why I chose Cynthia. I deeply admire the work that she is doing. Not everyone could do what she does with the attention to detail she provides. I do see and believe without a doubt that this was truly her calling. She is truly one of a kind. 😀

6/28/2025I moved to Stone Mountain Georgia from Mississippi and was expecting a baby. I had never had any of my children in daycare before moving here. I had went through 5 daycare centers in the first three years of my daughter’s life until I called Childcare Network 241 and spoke to director and asked if they had any openings. She asked if I would like to do a tour to see if I wanted to move on with the registration. I drive over to Conyers from Stone Mountain to bring my daughter (Kay’Lee) who had just turned 3 and not yet potty trained. When I walked in that building I felt some weight lifted off my shoulders due to love, kindness, knowledge, smiles , dignity, attention, that me and child was shown. I went ahead and started the process and I must say that this was the best decision I could’ve ever made thanks to Mrs. Cythina! From the first day I dropped my child off I have been updated on her day to day activities!!! Not only that but I registered another child because I know that they both are in good hands by Mrs. Cythina being present at that building. 6/26/2025My son has attended this daycare since 2019.I just want to say I really appreciate Mrs Jeffries and my son's teacher, Especially this year at summer camp. Mrs Jeffries got the approval for field trips this year and my son was so excited. I never had an issue with staff at this facility. There was one incidents but within the kids and Mrs Jeffries was really apologetic and addressed the issue with the other student. Communication is great and I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. They work with you as well as I have forgotten a few times my son was not going to be on the bus to notify them. I will definitely be sad when he is old enough to not need after school.
