Hello, my name is Erin Norris. I am the Director of School #179. While completing Fire/EMS training, being a fire prevention and public education officer, and subbing at public schools, my passion for early childhood education began to take over my heart. I continued with coursework in early childhood education while working in the kitchen as a cook at a local center. Once I completed the coursework for lead teacher, I taught toddlers through school-age classrooms. In 2019, I completed my degree in Early Childcare Administration and joined the Childcare Network family as a Director. My vision for our school is that each person who enters our school discovers their potential and purpose through love, praise, rewarding positive performances, and our modeling of loyalty to each other. Good communication between parents, teachers, and myself can maintain the vision for our school and ensure that each child receives quality care and a developmentally age-appropriate education.
