Welcome to Childcare Network Jamestown Mackay Road, where we pride ourselves on being a high‑quality early learning center. My name is Rashanea Carroll, and I am the School Director. I have worked in the early education field since 2014, holding various positions, including teaching all age groups. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave each day smiling. We understand that early education is integral to establishing a solid foundation for a child’s educational journey. Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff members are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding—and sometimes demanding—the role of a parent can be, especially for working parents. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members create a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm, caring setting. 5/27/2025Pay the staff more. The turnover rate is high and a lot of teachers we truly liked left over pay. Our favorite teacher has been there for both my boys. She watched both of them grow up. We were devasted to hear she was leaving for the same reason.
