Welcome to our wonderful preschool in Monroe, NC! My name is Carrie Jones, and I am the School Director. I have been dedicated to early childhood education for several years and have held a variety of roles that allow me to bring both experience and passion to our school community.
At our preschool, you will find a loving and nurturing environment filled with teachers who are not only committed to educating your child but also to providing meaningful experiences that help build a strong foundation for their future. We understand how important it is for families to feel confident and secure when choosing a school, and we take pride in creating a space where children leave each day happy, encouraged, and ready to grow.
Our goal is to foster an atmosphere where every child can explore, discover, and achieve success at their own pace. Many of our staff members are parents themselves, so we recognize the challenges and joys of parenting and are committed to supporting our families along the way.

Our HighReach Learning Curriculum incorporates a variety of activities designed to support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development. From creative arts and crafts to outdoor play, music, and early literacy programs, each day is filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage hands-on learning through play.
Yes! We provide free nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, prepared following USDA guidelines. Our menu caters to children’s dietary needs and preferences, ensuring they receive healthy and balanced meals while in our care.
Yes, Childcare Network Monroe Sutton Place is fully licensed and adheres to all state and local regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our care. Most of our locations may also hold additional quality ratings and accreditations demonstrating our commitment to high standards in early childhood education.
We take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Parents can inform us of any specific needs during enrollment, and we will ensure your child’s meals are prepared safely. We also maintain a nut-free policy and are vigilant about avoiding cross-contamination in our kitchen.

Finding the right daycare for my son was not easy, and it took me a long time to find a place where I truly felt comfortable leaving him. From the time we started here, I felt like I had finally found the right place. The staff has been caring, welcoming, and supportive, and knowing my son was safe and well cared for gave me so much peace of mind. This daycare was also a huge part of our journey while I was completing nursing school. Having somewhere I trusted to care for my son allowed me to focus on school and accomplish one of my biggest goals. Unfortunately, now that I have graduated from nursing school and we are moving, the commute and traffic in Matthews have become too difficult for us to continue. I am genuinely sad that we have to leave because this is not a decision I wanted to make. I am so thankful to Carrie, the teachers, and the entire staff for everything they have done for my son and our family. When you find people you trust with your child, it is hard to say goodbye. I would absolutely recommend Childcare Network to any parent looking for a daycare where their child will be cared for, supported, and loved. We will truly miss everyone! ❤️

From the very beginning, the staff treated him like family. They created a safe, loving, structured environment where he was not only cared for, but genuinely known, supported, and encouraged.
