11/1/2025My billing was incorrect, again. And management caught it before me and was able to show me where they tried to have it corrected before I spoke on it. This took weeks to resolve. Something about someone outside of the facility handling billing is absurd. The invoices are not clear and more often than not, I receive charges that make no sense. Recently I was charged 20.00 dollars, or a little over I believe, for a “service fee” that usually costs 3.50. But this was after speaking against an incorrect bill charge. Which accumulated a late fee and conveniently after the correction of the additional charges that were inaccurate the late fee to those charges was left. I have no issues with this facility the only reason I wouldn’t recommend is due to the billing department constantly making errors in a time that is challenging/stressful on parents already, economically.
