Welcome to Childcare Network Wilmington Flint Drive, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Stacie Douglas, and I am the school Director. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure, leaving their children with us, and that those children leave smiling every day. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for a child's educational journey. Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding and demanding the parent role can be, especially for working parents. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members provide a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey, giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm, caring setting. From creative arts and crafts to outdoor play, music, and early literacy programs, each day is filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage hands-on learning through play.

They truly do go above and beyond and make sure that my child has the best daycare experience possible day in and day out. I also love how they are big on communication and are very adamant when it comes to making sure that the parent is up-to-date on everything. Miss Makaya, Miss Tristen and Miss Steph are always phenomenal and know how to communicate clearly with my daughter, and always give my husband and I updates when they are concerned about something, and also let us know about areas she is succeeding and how much she has grown developmentally over the years. I feel safe dropping her off at school (which as a mom is so important), and my daughter loves and talks about her teachers all the time, even at home.
