Welcome to Childcare Network in Wilmington, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Stephanie Bartlett, and I am the School Director for School #158. I began my career in education in 1996, teaching high school English after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In 2004, I earned my Master’s of School Administration from UNCW and continued serving as an assistant principal before transitioning into early childhood education.
As a former stay-at-home mom until my children reached school age, I understand the importance of creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both children and families. As soon as I began taking college courses, I knew I wanted to work with children, and that passion has guided my career ever since.
At our school, we strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can grow, explore, and achieve success. Our staff models respect, compassion, and trustworthiness in every interaction, ensuring children feel supported and parents feel confident in our care.
I’m incredibly excited to work closely with our staff, families, and children. Feel free to stop by for a tour or call us—we look forward to building a lasting relationship with your family!
We believe in maintaining open and ongoing communication with parents. We provide regular updates via CN Moments, including photos, details of your child’s day, and important announcements. We also offer parent-teacher conferences and are always available for in-person or phone conversations.
Our HighReach Learning Curriculum incorporates a variety of activities designed to support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development. From creative arts and crafts to outdoor play, music, and early literacy programs, each day is filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage hands-on learning through play.
