Welcome to Childcare Network in Chattanooga, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Terra McConnell, and I am the school Director. We strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey.
Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding, but also how demanding the role of a parent can be at times, especially a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members are dedicated to providing a safe environment and assisting your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment.

6/19/2026I’ve had three children attend Childcare Network, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. The staff and leadership are kind, patient, and really take the time to work with each child’s needs. I know daycare work isn’t easy, but they handle it with so much professionalism and care. We really appreciate everything they do. Huge plus is that the facility is clean and has a gym for the kids to play in so they are not stuck in one room all day when they can’t go outside.

Every single teacher we have had through rotations and classrooms has been extremely kind and caring towards my girls. I love the app I can check it all day while I’m at work and never miss anything that goes on at daycare. Love these ladies!!!

The teachers care so much about each individual kid and really get to know them. They seem to seamlessly balance group activities with one on one attention. Our current little girl just had her first steps which were caught on video and celebrated. She gets so excited to go to her teachers every day!

The staff from Tammy the director, Jennifer; the assistant director, to the teachers in 1 yr & 3yr old classes were personable & professional.
