Welcome to Childcare Network in Carrollton, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Kyla Rich, and I am the school Director. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey.
Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding and demanding a parent's role can sometimes be, especially as a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members provide a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment.

7/6/2026My son and I have had a wonderful experience at this facility. The director Kyla is great she is involved with all the children not just sitting at a desk. Miss J always on time every morning you can count on her and always smiling. Miss Jess is great with the kids playful and sweet, my son always smiles when he sees her. Miss T is not only a great mom but she is using those skills to be a great teacher. Miss Martha is my son's teacher and she is energetic and playful, as well as educational and keeping the kids active and engaged. Its so nice to have such a wonderful staff, it definitely shows how much they care. They use the portal to send pics, keep me informed about my son, always communicating with me. I have seen such a different attitude in my son when I pick him up. Hes happy and talkative. My son and I are very blessed to have childcare network! Hats off to all the teachers what a wonderful job they are doing molding the young minds of the future.

3/15/2026There is so much to say about this place. Been coming here since 2020. And I have to say it. Right before summer last year they had a switch in directors and who would have thought the change would be so great! If you’ve been here before and didn’t like it you would feel a different now. The teachers that still work here and the new ones that came in after are happier than before. The director now ( Ms Kyla) is a wonderful person and is hands on when it comes to caring for our kids. She doesn’t stay in her office when there is trouble but takes action to figure out what happened and how to make things better and be more efficient. The teachers are also pretty great I can’t give a story on them all but every one that’s been there a minute is good people and my kids can tell. My kids want to go there they want to see the teachers and tell them hi and bye or give them a hug . All teachers know my kids names and tell them hi or bye or they’ll ask how their days went at school and actually listen. The difference from when we started to now is a big difference and we’re happier!

8/5/2025Our daughter has been attending Childcare Network since December 2024, and while I had some initial concerns during the first few months, everything has improved significantly since then. A new infant teacher was hired, and when Ms. Kyla took over, the change has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Amara in the infant room is incredibly attentive and caring. She regularly engages with the babies through activities, and I love getting updates and pictures on the app. My little one was a bit behind on some milestones, but thanks to Ms. Amara's guidance (tummy time, targeted toy placement, helping her sit up, etc.), she's almost caught up to where she should be for her age. Ms. Kyla has truly transformed the center since stepping in as Assistant Director and recently becoming Director. She is always accessible, communicative, and approachable. She’s the reason I decided to keep my daughter enrolled, even before Ms. Amara joined. I’m so grateful I gave them the chance to show us how much they care. I also would like to mention I have shown up unannounced at random times and have not seen anything concerning. I am always greeted with a Hello! I’m so happy I stayed, and I can see how much our daughter has benefited from being here!
