My daughter has been attending for about 4 months I have had such positive feedback from my toddler (No crying or distress behavior). The facility is CLEAN, smells amazing and staff is welcoming and attentive. My daughter pretty much looks the same way I drop her off everyday. My daughter is Happy full of energy she is learning and talking more her interaction with staff and other children has been so pleasant. No signs of neglect or trauma, I’m very confident that she is being well taken care of when I leave my child for school each day. The atmosphere is calming when you walk in everyone speaks and acknowledge you, always ready to assist. Great communication between parents and staff I am always informed of changes, events and closures prior. I’m happy to finally find a suitable Daycare where childcare is actually the staff’s passion and it shows. It’s really one of the few Daycare’s left in Denton area that I recommend compared to prior experiences. I’m telling you leadership makes a difference in the hands of people that really love what they’re doing always smiling, Professional and accommodating to say the least to all my child’s needs and I appreciate that so much, they have locked in for sure ❤️. From being greeted at the door to running open arms to embrace their teacher. That warms my heart and it feels good as a mother to know your kids are in good hands. My youngest started when he was 4 months old and honestly I wouldn’t trust no one else with him, Ms.Jan is amazing with this babies.

6/17/2026I’ve seen some great improvements over the Past year and a half. The previous director didn’t seem like she cared much. I had several situations with her that ultimately led me to switch my child to another location. The only reason that I am comfortable with my child going back is the director and assistant director. The quickness in which situations are rectified, surely puts me at ease. When the director is busy, I know I can always go to the assistant Director, Miss Jackie, who greets me with a smile every time. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my sweet baby boy

1/17/2026As of January 16, 2026, I can honestly say this school has completely changed our lives. After everything this school went through under the previous director, Jennifer, the arrival of Tonya, along with her assistant director Jackie, has been nothing short of a blessing. They are truly godsend angels. My son previously attended another daycare where Jennifer is now the director. At the time, I didn’t realize she was the problem. My child was constantly getting in trouble, showing behaviors that broke my heart. We were frequently called to pick him up, and as a mother, I carried so much guilt. I truly felt like I was failing my own child. From the moment we enrolled him at this school, everything changed. And I mean everything. My son did a complete 180. He is now kind, respectful, and well-behaved. The manners we have been trying to teach him for years are finally shining through. For the first time, I feel proud and at peace when I drop him off. The teachers and administrators don’t just “watch” children—they care for them. They know every child. They understand them. They nurture them. You can feel the experience, patience, and love the moment you walk through the doors. The school is unbelievably clean—so clean that I would feel completely comfortable letting a baby crawl on the floor in any classroom. That alone speaks volumes about the care they put into this environment. Another thing that touched my heart is how they handle meals. They don’t limit children to a set amount of food. At his previous daycare, my son was coming home hungry, and it hurt knowing he wasn’t being nourished. Here, he is fed, cared for, and truly looked after. This school didn’t just help my child grow—they helped heal a mother’s heart. I am forever grateful to Tonya, Jackie, and the entire staff for loving my son the way every child deserves to be loved. 5 stars is seriously not enough for this school.

3/4/2025Being a 1st time mom, I was very hesitant about putting my 5month old in daycare so I could return to work. I’m very glad I chose Childcare network 328 location. I wanted somewhere that was close to home & work. The staff are very friendly & attentive. I love how I get updates/pics of what my infant is doing throughout the day. When I pick her up, I’m always greeted & given an update on how her day was. If anything is wrong with my baby, the director gives me a call to inform me of what’s going on. I will hate to ever have to change daycares because my baby loves her teachers & they have grown to love & care for her as any parent would expect. The negative reviews really do no justice because it’s a daycare & daycares are always hectic.

11/24/2022I only put my baby in this facility because it was the only one with an opening and I needed something temporary but we absolutely loved it. Everyone in the office is always lovely and the infant teachers are so sweet, I hated leaving them. I loved coming by and seeing my baby getting snuggles or playing with the teachers and it was obvious they took good care of her. They keep great records of their daily events. We did move to a facility that didn’t require a lot of extra driving when a spot opened up, but I have no complaints about this facility and would recommend it to anyone with a baby.
