Welcome to Childcare Network in Charlotte, NC where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. Malikah Coley & Charona Richardson, the school Co-Directors. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey.
Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding, but also how demanding the role of a parent can be at times, especially a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members are dedicated to providing a safe environment and assisting your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment.

4/11/2026Our daughter has been going here since she was 12 weeks old (now almost 15 months). As a first time mom I had a lot of anxiety leaving her but the staff has been so caring and wonderful. Every time we pull in the parking lot my daughter can’t stop smiling. She loves her teachers and I know she is well cared for when I’m at work. Special shout out to Ms. Sasha who participates in her weekly PT sessions and does her exercises with her!

They have learned how to work with her hearing devices and help her develop alongside her hearing peers. She is always happy to see her favorite teachers and I love the pictures they send in the app. I can tell she feels loved and safe when she is there. I am thankful for their care every day.
