Welcome to Childcare Network in Charlotte! As a high-quality early learning center, we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our community’s children. My name is Shikerra Hedgepeth, and I am honored to serve as the School Director. With experience as a Threes teacher, Third in Charge, and Assistant Director, I am excited to step into this role as my school's leader.
At our school, we ensure parents feel secure leaving their children in our care, and our goal is for every child to leave each day smiling. I am passionate about creating a positive, welcoming environment where families feel at home and each child feels valued. My aim is to provide quality education while building strong, lasting relationships within our community.
Growing up as the middle grandchild, I was always the go-to for my younger cousins, whether it was taking them to practice or spending time together. These experiences shaped my love for working with children, and I’m thrilled to bring that passion to Childcare Network. Here, our dedicated team strives to foster a love of learning, guided by professionalism, passion, and kindness.
