Welcome to Childcare Network Charlotte Monroe Road, where we pride ourselves on being a high-quality early learning center. My name is Selina Simmons, and I am the school Director. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. We know that early education is integral in establishing a solid foundation for their child's educational journey. Our goal for students is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand how rewarding and demanding a parent's role can sometimes be, especially as a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive community for the families we serve. We all want our students to be happy, nurtured, and provided with the best learning opportunities. Our staff members provide a safe environment and nurture your child on their learning journey while giving them the freedom to explore and develop in a warm and caring environment. From creative arts and crafts to outdoor play, music, and early literacy programs, each day is filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage hands-on learning through play.

8/6/2026My daughter thrives off consistency and routines. Her teacher, Ms. J, has executed the same morning routine with Winnie for the entirety of Winnie’s enrollment. She greets Winnie with a warm welcome, gives her a consensual hug, and invites her into the morning activities( drawing, building blocks, dance, and more). Ms. J’s routine has given Winnie another safe space outside of the home we’ve built for her. She’s opening up to people outside of her family. Her universe is expanding and I’m beaming with joy having the opportunity to witness and participate in her journey.

Everyday my son is greeted with a hug and a smile and it means so much to me that he can find comfort in his teachers. I also feel that my son has progressed so much since starting daycare with them. I can’t recommend them enough!

5/1/2025Finding a place you trust to take care of your child is one of the hardest things to do as a parent. I was so nervous about starting daycare but am so grateful for this community of teachers and administrators. Ms. Wingster and Moradi are incredible and really do go above and beyond; from the arts and crafts to the little touches across the classroom! I leave confident every day that my child is cared for, protected, loved on and engaged (by the teachers but also many of the admins and staff). And that's all I could pray for! It is very apparent how hard everyone works to keep the school running smoothly and to support each other for the care of the kids. I feel like communication has only gotten better since we've started and I appreciate the time and support I get from Ms. Octavia and Ms. Selina, anytime I have questions or concerns. While there are too many members of the staff to name, please know you ALL are seen and appreciated. You are essential and I thank you for the work you do to create a safe space and fun community for our kid!

The staff is detailed oriented, caring warm and welcoming. They’ve had many activities for the children since they started, including jersey day, pajama day and a valentines day party. It has become a home away from home for my babies and I am grateful for the staff.

2/5/2025Started my kid here after a horribleee daycare experience in the area with another center, and they were able start my kid the very next day! She has been so happy everyday I pick her up. The leadership and the teachers here are absolutely amazing! And you can tell they really care about all the kids which is so important of course. Can’t brag on this center enough!! Thank you management and teachers for loving on my kid and making sure she feels important everyday! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

11/27/2024Through out the time my children have attended, the staff has been beyond patient and understanding. I must say I have a few special teachers who really help with the children in specific mine. They are firm believers of no child left behind. First and foremost Mrs. Octavia is a blessing in disguise always will to help or work out any issues possible. Keyana is beyond amazing she literally is always willing to take the one on one time with my non verbal child at any moment. Mrs. Jay is amazing yet patient and my children look at her for safe haven and she assures he gets just that. TT and Jazz are what I would consider siblings my kids never asked for they are beyond playful, comforting, and patient. I could go on forever however I just wanna thank you all for being awesome. 🙏🏾
