About
My name is Taylor Gaulden, and I am honored to serve as the Director at Childcare Network in Charlotte. Originally from New Rochelle, New York. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education from Winston-Salem State University in May 2017. At our school, we strive to ensure that parents feel safe and secure leaving their children with us and that those children leave every day smiling. I am passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel encouraged and inspired to be their most creative selves. I firmly believe that positive interactions and meaningful relationships lay the foundation for a child’s development and success — values that guide everything we do here. Our goal is to foster an environment where each child can challenge themselves and achieve success. As many of our staff are parents themselves, we understand the joys and challenges that come with raising children, especially as a working parent. We are committed to providing a supportive, caring community for the families we serve. Feel free to stop by for a tour or call to speak with a team member. I am beyond excited to meet you and your little ones and to begin this journey together. We look forward to building a long-lasting relationship with your family!
