Welcome to our school in Fairview, North Carolina! My name is Barbara Harper and I am the Director of Childcare Network #177. As the Director, it is my mission to make sure that your child has a safe, happy learning environment. Our staff is always welcoming and empathetic to the needs of our families and students. As the working parent’s best friend, we aim to make sure our families are supported and experience firsthand the love we feel for our students. I want all my parents to feel that we are a team working together to ensure their child reaches their fullest potential while receiving services at my school.
